The Fundamentals of Project Management course acquaints professionals with the basic concepts and techniques that go into planning, organising, implementing, and closing projects. This will allow participants to gain knowledge about the lifecycle of a project, as well as develop practical skills in planning, communicating, collaborating, making decisions, and aligning with business needs.
The course consists of 15 total learning hours of training time in equal parts of Ways of Working, Power Skills, and Business Acumen, which means 5 PDUs in each area.
They become aware of the practical aspects of how to organise activities within a project, manage resources, communicate with stakeholders, recognise risks, and ensure that project activities deliver desired results.
